Shipping Policies

Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates, and handlers to make sure you receive your products quickly and affordable. We usually ship orders within 48 hours or cleared payments, and you should receive them within 3-7 working business days.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days with exceptions to products that are made to order. Then orders are shipped out 3-7 business days depending on stock levels and delivery location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Some items may be shipped in separate packaging.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight delivery is NOT available for orders at this time.

Damages

Aqualeea.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we will assist you in contacting the shipping carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses



If you provide an inaccurate or incomplete address which results in the package being returned to us, a new shipping & handling fee may be charged for the package to be re-sent. If you ask that your order is refunded rather than re-sent, the refund will not include the cost of shipping and handling.

Payments

We offer over a multi payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.
